bulletOwner Built     means that the current owner is the only one who worked on at least 65% of the Bike, please be honest!!!!!

bulletTouring Bikes [with soft bags]                        these are Bikes that have been designed by the factory to be in a touring style class, example; Road King with soft bags, Heritage, Duce, Heritage Springer, etc… these Bikes came from the factory for touring, if a Bike was bought at a dealership and had soft bags put on at the dealership or from an aftermarket distributor, or had a wind shield put on the bike, these “DO NOT” qualify as a touring Bike.  It just means that soft bags and a windshield were added to the Bike.
